About the book
Beginning in March 2017, this memoir follows Faisal’s journey at YBI Group — from entering the organisation with a desire to learn and contribute, to serving as Personal Assistant to the CVO and taking on wider responsibilities across management, human resources, corporate governance, operations and consulting.

March 2017 — The beginning
Faisal entered YBI Group with a desire to learn, grow and contribute. His decision to offer his service without pay became an early lesson in dignity, leadership and recognising human effort.
Personal Assistant to the CVO
He became the first Personal Assistant to the CVO, supporting communication, coordination, supervision and the execution of personal, administrative and business responsibilities.
2018–2024 — Expanding responsibility
His journey included Assistant Manager, Deputy HR Director, Company General Secretary, Acting Manager of YBI Express and Manager of YBI Consult.
The continuing journey
The story remains open. Faisal continues to serve as Personal Assistant to the CVO, working with passion, dignity, integrity and loyalty while supporting him across the broad range of his life and business responsibilities.
